Stainless Steel Equipment
The stainless steel fixtures used in all of our construction is AISI 304 BA type. The BA finish gives the interior a bright polished look and is more resistant to corrosion. The scotch-bright finish increases the durablibiliy of exposed parts, and as a consequence gives the product a longer life-cycle. All Stainless Steel fixtures are NSF certified.
Batch Freezers
VB9
The Smallest Batch Freezer available. This model has a 9-quart hourly production (on average).
VB25
Vertical Batch Freezer that can also create "slush". This model has a 25-quart hourly production (on average).
VB35
Larger Batch Freezer. This model has a 33-quart hourly production (on average).
VB60
Vertical Batch Freezer with easy access to freezing cylinder when adding variegates and particulates. Time/temperature controlled freezing achieves same smooth texture and product consistency. This model has a 53-quart hourly production (on average).
VB80
This Batch Freezer has a large diameter freezing cylinder that facilitates extremely fast freezing times, resulting in small ice crystal formation. Swing gate style, stainless steel extraction door design, provides rapid extraction of product. This model has a 74-quart hourly production (on average).
VB90
The second largest Batch Freezer available that comes equipped with two parallel refrigeration systems which reduce energy and water consumption. This model has an 84-quart hourly production (on average).
VB120
The Largest Batch Freezer available which is constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel beater shaft built to withstand years of use. Easy access to freezing cylinder when adding variegates and particulates. This model has a 127-quart hourly production (on average).
